ACT Pre selling reports required by legislation

• Building conveyancing inquiry which provides: Certificate of occupancy, Survey Certificate, Approved building plans, Drainage plan and A building file summary sheet
• An energy efficiency rating (EER) provides information about the energy efficiency and consumption of your home
• Building and compliance inspection report to provide information about major defects (complies to As.4349.3) and whether structures on the land have been approved under the relevant legislation
• Timber pest inspection report to provide information about whether the property is affected by termites and/or other structural pests
• All package price based on a 200sqm² house (except the Special Package) For buildings over 200sqm², $1.00 per sqm² will be charged
